The N.V. Cava Brut is estate-grown and made from 45% Xarel-lo, 30% Parellada, and 25% Macabeo. Pale straw-colored, it offers up aromas of apple and pear along with a persistent stream of small bubbles. Crisp, dry, and racy on the palate, this vibrant effort has a clean, moderately lengthy finish. 89 Points White wine.

Oddbins stocks both Champagne is officially a sparkling buy wine that is produced in the Champagne region of France. No other sparkling wine can be classed as Champagne unless the grape is sourced from this region. However, the word Champagne is now synonymous with quality sparkling wines. Only 3 grape varieties are grown in Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier. Champagnes made exclusively from Chardonnay are called “Blanc de Blancs”, those made exclusively from Pinots are called “Blanc de Noirs”.
